Our privacy policy has been updated in line with GDPR regulations which came into force on 25 May 2018.

To give a brief summary, here are the relevant points of note:

• Personal data is used on our website purely in order to complete a purchase transaction or arrange a commission
• Personal data can be deleted from the website on request, or otherwise as stated in section 5 of our policy
• Our payment service provider is PayPal https://www.paypal.com
• Website security is provided by McAfee

All designs remain the copyright of Ruth Makes Jewellery, and must not be copied or used without written permission.

You may not, without the written consent of Ruth Makes Jewellery:

(a) use/share/alter/adapt/recreate/sell a design sent to you;
(b) duplicate/alter any of the information/content as presented on the website or social media platforms connected to this site
(c) produce copies of any work for redistribution/sale to others

You may not at any time share/advertise any work created by Ruth Makes Jewellery in any way that is deemed inappropriate/illegal/immoral and /or damaging to Ruth Makes Jewellery or Ruth Sutcliffe/Jez Coates as individuals.

All items under this paragraph shall survive termination of the Contract.

The jewellery is boxed and is therefore classed as a small package.

Tracked 24/48 prices quoted here are for a package up to 2kg grams.

Guaranteed next day by 1 pm price is for a package up to 100 grams which generally covers one item.
